Perth Wellness is owned and operated by Keli Hay in Perth, Ontario, Canada. Her background includes providing patient care through emergency medical services (EMS) in a major city; conducting detailed observations and reporting; and helping people build healthy routines in a calm and supportive way.

As a teenager observing her grandparents, Keli gained intimate familiarity with the challenges associated with dementia and limited mobility, as well as the related family anxieties regarding safety, wellbeing, and the maintenance of independence. These firsthand experiences supporting her grandparents offered Keli direct insight into the desire for autonomy among older adults who nonetheless require assistance with daily activities.

Keli's objective is two-fold: to champion the independence of seniors—including parents, grandparents, aunts, or uncles—and to afford their families the reassurance that their loved ones are secure and properly cared for. Her aim is to mitigate the strain and apprehension experienced by family and friends by enabling seniors to sustain the maximum possible degree of independent living.
